I'm 90% sure the blue KYB's are a stock type replacement shock. I put them on my silver Zed as both rears were gone so did all four and those coupled with ebaich (spelling) springs was a nice combo. But I dont think they are upgrades just replacement parts.

Do what you can, get the seats in and mechanical stuff done, then start on the rest. Whats not done you can get help with at Japfest in the morning. I'm going this year with the camera

Pinnacle is by far the best for people if you dont want to have to learn anything and just get on with it.

I'd say the quality will be poor because of the small weight and max 19 stone user limit. Buy it, put it up and if its ok keep if not take it back :)

That one is pretty naff, 67kilo weight on the bench press and thats with resistance not actual weight. Depends what you want it for really? If you wanna get big its no good if your just wanting to maintain muscle use then it might be ok?
