the best thing the govment can do is: a) place cameras in GENUINE danger spots that have a history of accidents. b) couple the camera with one of those signs that light up warning you of your speed so, if youre doing say 40 in a 30, itll warn you to slow down. if you ignore it, then you get snapped.
