  2. myself and Artztogo are meeting up at The Forge in Glenfield at 11am (where we held the March meet) which is just off the A46 at M1 J21a, and leaving about 11.15. anyone wanna join us? :)
  3. thanks for all the help guys - I'll show them to my parents and see what they say. i did pass on my old Samsung E720 to my dad, but he left it in his allotment shed and its not been seen since
  4. practically theyre made to replace the rubber ones which can perish and crack over time - leaking boost. ...and they look rather good too ;)
  5. i need to buy a mobile phone for my parents - a simple one with large keys and a large display. does anyone have any recommendations? ive looked through gsmarena.com and a couple of forums but theyve not been very helpful. the only decent-looking one (which was designed especially for the elderly) hasnt been released yet!
  6. the Apexi (as all filters) will plug into the MAF - the lead plugs into the MAF not the filter. i have one too and theyre a super piece of kit. make sure you get a 300ZX-specific one though and not a 'universal' one :nono:
  7.     FFS!!! hahahaha!!! those Salt n Vinegar are damn good - made with sunseed oil which is the healthiest oil you can get. more info here: http://walkers.corpex.com/cr15p5/index.htm
  8. never heard of them before mate - piccies please :D :D
  9. i only took 4 pics and theyre only general ones but they capture the ambiance of the meet really well. hopefully some better ones will go up soon (coughNickcough)
  10. ...and something about backing up your hard drive otherwise they wipe it
  11. he didnt want to be late for the Ashby Folville meet :D
  12. wow what a guy! i thought he was going to run out of time on that last bit. go Nagano!
  13. my original auto tubs are still on after my manwell conversion and ive not noticed any difference. been running 15psi for ages.
  14. im sorry but thats actually a disgrace :nono:
  15. they seem to be going for £179+ on fleabay but i'll be looking for a little over £100+p&p. i'll put more details in my for sale thread when its available (you got first dibs) - im booking my Z in for the EBC swap and PCV swap to be done as soon as possible really so fingers crossed we're talking about less than a month depending on how busy the garage is. im upgrading cos ive had the Blitz for over 2 years and fancy a new one - the e01 is supposed to be one of the best you can get, but then again it is over £300!
  16. theres a wide range of EBCs mate. doesnt need to be specific to the Z - all of the mainstream EBCs can be fitted to a Z - ApexI AVC-R, Blitz SBC-ID3 or DSBC, HKS EVCs, GReddy Profec B/E-01. i'll have a Blitz DSBC-R up for sale soon as Im upgrading mine. not sure about it having to be dual-solenoid tho - my DSBC-R is dual whereas the DSBC-S isn't but Im sure Ive heard of a member with a -S fitted to his Z.
  17. lol Wigston's just up the road from me, literally. if you go with these guys Scrawn give me a shout and I'll come with you - see what the chap can do as Im thinking about a bit of interior work myself.
  18. O2 sensors are about £100 each. sorry i cant really help with fitting - Mickey replaced one of mine a couple of months ago as it was lazy and not responding fast enough to changes.
  19. le67 3ja is the centre of Coalville, but the garage is in the nearby countyside. a conZult might well pick something up, but it sounds like you need someone who knows what theyre doing to look and listen to it. give Mickey from ZWorX a bell - http://www.zworx.co.uk/
  20. personally i much prefer a mid-level spoiler like mine. its entirely up to you buddy :)
  21. ZedWorld would do a Conzult for you, based in Tamworth. ZWorx would also do one, based in Leicester.
  22. at low speed though??? yeah if there was play in the arms then it'd jump all over the road when going over bumps (i knew the feeling well).
  23. Many Happy Returns! :duffer:
  24. nice and sunny here so going to pop over to a mate's - lovely country drive
  25. "we've been searching these woods for two days and all you can find are these f****ng things?!?!"
