I got my import de-restricted by Luke at the ZCentre last year and he put me a 180kph dial on for a get me by as i didn't have the readies for a new dial set at the time. The thing is that my wife has suprised me by getting a lumiglow dial set for crimbo but the speedo only shows 160mph. Will the kph-mph converter be able to recalculate the new speedo :confused: or do i need a dial showing 180mph.

Fook it, may as well ban New year aswell and easter. Where does this stupidity stop. Why are we always encountering this type of shat!! It makes me mad. What gave me the idea that there was some type of ignition key unlocking adaptor is that the apexi timer instructions mention it. Thought some one may have one :cry:

the only time i ever had the problem of not getting my key out was when my old box wouldn't engage park correctly. You should hear a click if its engaging properly.

At the moment im running my Z with a 180kph clock on. I went to luke to get mine de-restricted and he put that clock on to get me sorted until i could get the cash together for some dials. The problem is that my missus has just surprised me with the fact of getting some luminesant dials but they show 160mph. Will the kph/mph converter still caulculate?

I sat there one day and thought......"i think i'll get a turbo timer!". So i did and a few hours have turned into months :mad: . I get the timer and fit it, all is good :dance: .Then i get a harness so i can fit it into the ignition circuit. Three harnesses later i managed to get one that fits the car (after having to get one imported). Fitted the harness tonight and it worked :dance: :dance: :dance: ...........slight problem though. My Z is an Auto and i can't get the fookin key out until the timer has finished counting down. Help me because its driving me mad. Is there a mod?? The timer is an Apexi.

Why the concern over Nova drivers!? Let them get on with rapin' their cars at unlimitless speeds. Gets rid of em quicker LOL. Seroiusly, no matter what speed is set there will always be some dick head doing warp factor 6 in a nova, but that is there personal choice, they must know the limits of their car. The only way i can see any sensible result is restricting engine sizes like they do on motorbikes. Then again (don't mean to keep on about it!!) in Germany they have to go to night classes etc.. for about a year to get their licence so they know the concepts of driving, also they usulay learn to drive in quite a powerful car so when they do eventualy get there licence they have been put in all circumstances.They learn to drive and not just to pass a test!! Is that a good idea ? Its already starting with the hazard perseption test.

Don't agree with this shat!!!!!!!! Ive lived out in Germany and people are happy tonking along at 90 +. The goverment are quick enough to take on other euro rulings but whats happening here? I agree 90+ is quick but if you have a blow at 50 you still have as much of a chance of saying "ta-ra". Then again where do we stop the limit? On the autobarn there are restrictions at entry and exit points and if you get caught you seriously get your arse kicked but the rest of the barn is yours to do what you want. Same as usual "another road tax!!".. moan over!!
