  9. Yer bud all shimed and greased. They seem to rub after 10 mins driving. I think i must have a few pistons sticking once the brakes are warm.
  10. Matey, im being posted back out there as well in October. They are a pain in the arse to find. I have one euro light and one American light. The problem with the American one is that its a flat beam and its not allowed anymore. Im on the search aswell. If i hear of anything i will let you know. I might be able to find some. Noticed you are at Gutersloh, thats where im off!!
  11. I have been suffering of late with sqeaking brakes!! The car wasn't used most of last year due to engine problems. I used for a month when i got it back and squeak n squalk went the brakes. I have changed the pads, fluid and extended and retracted all pistons to full, repeating a few times making sure there were no siezed pistons. Anyway 2 months later and its back aaaaaarrrrrrrrrr:cry: Is there a service kit anyone can recommend before i rip them apart or any tips as i know what the zed is like for its curious design lol Cheers

  19. As said above buddy its on the bottom of the gearbox. I changed mine easy. I think all i needed was a 10 mm spanner for the bracket holding it. It took me longer to get the car in the air than it did to do the job.;)
