lol i meant the gearstick went floppy as the pin had fallen out, i felt a right twit once i realised what i had done. So i couldn't put it gear as it wasn't connected to the gearbox.

I had these problems when fitting mine. I undone the nut a lil to make i looser, as it was way too tight, done the job but..... a few weeks later i lost all gears basicly i found out the nut had come off and the pin slide out as a loosened it off so i went to my local nuts n bolts store and bought a magic one which don't come loose it has some plastic thread on the end or something. Also mine never crunched before fitted the short shifter then once fitted it also crunched in 4th it just amplifies a problem already there but apparently fitted Redline Mt-90 gearbox oil may sort that out. something i keep meaning to do.

Those pics look just like mine :dance: I just want to comfirm a few things to make sure i fitted it correctley. Firstly the bar along the front wont now fit which holds the fogs, i have ordered ducts anyway but is that not a issue not fitting the bar back on? secondly i could not get the back pipes to align up without removing the bolts which holds them in place, these pipes are the ones which connect up to the shiney new Greddy ones. Thirdly why do i still have loads bolts left over??? 2 mahoosive bolts left? some funny double end fredded thingys and lots of nuts and washers. Oh and not forgetting those really thick washers well look more like spacers what were they all about? I got a lil worked up in the process turned green and snapped a head off one of the bolts haha, banner - Hulk rar......... wooopsie too tight.

i think it is i got the dual air filter with it and loads of pipes but can't remember seeing any brackets but i didn't get it out the box properly. oh i got a stencil too lol, can't decide what colour to have the Greddy on the front. Oh that's good to know, i was trying to justify spending all that money for it when my brother got one from ebay for £300, mum will go nuts if he tells her woooopsie.

is there anything i need to know when tempting to fit one?? i'm only fitting the intercooler and not all the misc pipes for it. (nothing to connect to yet) It's a Greddy 3 row doo dar, as it's meant to be a kit has it got brackets and everything like that to make it fit? my instructions are in biddla so i'm just going to play by guess work so wondering if there is anything important i need to know.

my drivers side lock has gone the key rotates for ever and ever. that's rabbit as i have a super poopa titanium key which would be no good if replaced the barrels.

lol i have no idea what it all means, i was lost a long time ago. It's the mechanic suggesting a catch tank but i don't know what they do.

my trims are really bad they are also really rough and weathered, rub your hand along them and you prob get a bit of rubber come off lol ok not exactly that bad but you get the picture it's like someone attacked it with a scalpal blade. Would that still do the job?

yay no chavs. few we wont get spat on and dazzled by all the burberry. Did someone say free tickets ;) Did you go all out and get grandstand tickets, not sure if i would need them as there seems allot on so guess i wouldn't spend much time on the stand. not sure if to camp yet, camping is ewwwwie...... might get bite by a bug lol.

Cool, they sound ideal then. The electric buttons for the seat do they sit fluch with the seat as they do on the stock ones in other words do the blend in and not look out of place?
