Don't go for a low end unless you want a few month bodge. I went for that option and a year down the line it's all bubbly and a few blemishes and even lil runs.

I've just had broadband installed at home and instead of guessing how much i need and buying phone cable to re route the phone socket for the broadband i was wondering if i could use network cable instead. as i have a mahoosive real of it. also how easy is it to terminate the ends, made a fair few RJ45 cables but never a phone one. would need male on one end and female on the other.

what kind of poilish would you recomend, tried some autoglyn super resin polish but didn't have much luck with that one.

Well after posting on "shall i fit the plastic cover back onto the dials" I tried to clean the scratches up but..... now it's terrible it's like a mist and barely see through it. help..... I used a very fine wet and dry.

My car went into Turbo Technics to trial the new Vnt turbos they made, they messed me about left right and centre not all their fault mind you mainly my so called agents fault. Just to comfirm they don't fiit the 300zx purely down to size, they work by having 2 actuators and are very big in physical size and wouldn't fit on the drivers side down to major components in the way. This is direct from Turbo Technics them selves as they had my car for a few months to try to get them to fit without any luck. On another note, my mechanic has warned me against this kind of setup as i was still keen. He said he has no end of Diesels with problems running VNT as they need tuning all the time as they keep loosing the tune or something.

Why do people do it and what's involved? could i use 4 guage car audio cable?

I had the worlds worst paint job to mine, sprayed about 2 years ago driven only 6 months since then and rear quarter has a blemish the rest is like sand paper really rough. they didn't sand the doors down with a fine grain you can see the harsh grain scratches. ummm there are bubbles which the heads are getting knocked off leaving white marks everywhere and some really random marks on the top. and runs in a couple of places.

When people have replaced dials, surrounds and chrome rings. Have you fitted the plastic cover back on? it look tons better left off. Also what are the bulbs for which are attatched to the bottom of the surround??

I can get the connect in my area and for £10 sounds a well good deal. the router they bundle in looks identical to a Netgear one but branded up as sky and although it doesn't state. If it is the netgear one it should have a firewall. there is a 40gb cap which should be ok and download speed of upto 8mb which i'm pretty close to the exchange so think i'll be able to get 6mb. but... it don't list anything about contention ratio. Anyone know what this may be??
