  5. Fitted the steering wheel! (thanks SMW1:bow:) Had a problem, of my own making. Took the old one off in about 2 mins, came off easily. Put the new one on and did it all up tight, went to fit the horn and realised I hadn't put the wire on:mac1: Undid the nut and the wheel wouln't come off and all my pullers wouldn't fit. in the end I had to take the wheel off the hub and all the plastic surrounds and was able to conect the wire:hyper: Love the wheel though and there's no light on so all is good:nana2:
  6. I've used mine as a daily drive about 50 miles a day, had it for 18 months and aint had any problems. been the most reliable car I've ever owned:) (hopefully I aint jinxed it;)

  11. Trying to find a new gear knob for the car, the only one i've found so far is this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Gear-Knob-Black-Leather-fits-Honda-Toyota-Nissan-Suzuki_W0QQitemZ180311664196QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item180311664196&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1299|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 How close is this to the stock one? any links to one with red stitching?
  12. Got them cut today, the red one wont open the glove box but does the rest. So I now have a full set working as they should:)
  13. I've got a calibra steering wheel puller not sure if it fits, do have several other pullers:) And the boss is for hicas:)
  14. Think it might be a bit much, Will have a look sunday:)
  15. Done a search on this, but cant seem to find much on the actual removal of the old wheel. Is there a couple of screws on the back which you remove and then pull the centre off. Then get a large socket on the nut and job done??? after dont touch anything behind it, could I mark it with tip-ex to have a reference point? Thanks:)
  16. Here's the ones I got http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=120358095547
  17. Just got mine delivered today, the red ones different to the black one, one of groves that runs down the center of the keys is in a fifferent place. Is this because the red one wont do the glove box? I thought the blanks are meant to be the same untill you get them cut??
  18. Had a search, but can find much on this, what's the best way of torquing up the Z? would I be best off running standard tubs as I wont have any more lag? And just change the Diff for an NA one? any thing else that I could do??
  19. I had different ones before, didn't like then, they were very uncomfortable:(
  20. The seats are like this, different make though http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/huntmaster-high-back-bucket-seat_W0QQitemZ320331926326QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item320331926326&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1299|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 Or is it possible to put the harness holes in as I'm recovering them anyway?
  21. not sure, How will these fit? keep thinking that they will fall on the floor when you take them off as they dont go though the seat.
  22. Anyone know the best harness for an old school bucket seat, as it aint got any holes in the seat for it to run though. Dont think i've explained it right, like a 3, 4 point harness. Dont want to have to keep picking it up off the floor as I think thats whats gonna happen?
  23. Was out shopping yesterday, found Clarksons hot metal in a shop. Now I have the car and the DVD. Only taken 18 months to get the dvd:hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper:
