  5. Right some ideas are needed seriously!!!! Its something behind the dash that clicks with just the ignition on when i press the accelorator and only happens at between 1/3 and 1/2 throttle and when the engine is running between 1/3 and 1/2 throttle the injectors rattle loudly and the engine bogs then everything is ok after 1/2 throttle and before 1/3 throttle???????????
  6. I would like some help if anyone knows what this could be its roughly in the middle of the fire wall this noise is coming from and its not the heater or something like that as this corresponds with the throttle and stops when i disconnect the TPS and starts when i reconnect it and only does it between certain voltages and the TPS seems to be fine unless i have a hard soft idle fault Relay/switch?
  7. Your looking at more like between £800 and a Grand to have it reconditioned although i did my own and its fine.
  8. Hello I have tested and reset TPS which was out before it is set at 0.44 volt and rises to 3.89 volt at WOT there is no jumps in the reading just a steady increase. But with the ignition on at between 0.8v and 1.30v while moving the accelorator linkage back and forth i hear a clicking or vibration behind the dash/firewall which is the same noise i get when the engine is running and it hesistates....if i start the engine it bogs between 0.8v and 1.40volts and makes the clicking noise until you got beyond 1.40v then the engine picks up and the cicking goes away. Any ideas???? would i have a bad relay or control unit other than the ECU that would cause the noise and why is it doing it??? I am gobsmacked to why its making the noise with just the ignition on i naver had that on my previous Z... :x:
  9. tried to PM you mate but no luck please call me on 07951246602 if you want to do a deal
  10. I have cleaned both sides of PTU and tried another its not missing Either it runs smooth as usual just goes flat dead when you try to rev it which im thinking points to a TPS or AFM but i would like help from anyone who has had same symtoms or simular ... Remember its not missing it runs fine but it has a flat spot and it seems to be clicking during the flat spot near the idle soleniod and it has no power but if i hold the throttle open long enough it will enventuly go over 3000rpm to as much as i like but you have to go past the flat spot first but you cant drive it you put your foot to the floor and nothing just dies
  11. Hi all I need Help!!! My Zed will not pull away it just bogs badly,if you rev it theres a noticable flat spot then it picks up.. It idles perfectly until you try to pull away then in just bogs and trys to cut out.and sometime does. it starts first time every time but is powerless...... I thought it was the AFM but when you disconnect it the ZED cuts out. i thought it may be the throttle position sensor as it only cuts out if you disconnect the bottom connector, but still runs with no change if you leave the bottom connector connected but disconnect only the main connector which fits to the main body of the TPS.... Any Help Please !!!! i am only getting a Code 34 which i know is the det sensor but the car should still drive ok but on saftey boost....
  12. no codes other than 55, hesitation from idle to part throttle, while crusing fine occasional cut out when idling. Hesitation on acceleration.??
  13. I had the same problem and it was the dredded rear crank seal.....only did when driven and smelt of oil/rubberish means dropping the box :(
