Yes we all know that a z is expensive to run, that isn't the point:mad: it was your reactions that show this site up!! I thought we were here to help when needed and if we can, not to say tuff luck!! Now jiz has come back with what he has to say, and fair play to him, not getting involved with that side of it, as I wasn't there, and neither was anyone else, except the two of them. Yeah, ok! I know that these cars are expensive to run and maintain, as said they are, after-all, exotic super cars. And yes a lot of you spend time, love and a lot of money on them, and well worth it it is too. :) Well let me expand on my point of view; Lets say, for arguments sake, this guy has spent £5000 on this car, and now he may have a bill for, say, £2000, thats 40% of the cost of the car. Total £7000. Lets say one of you more well off guys has paid £8000 for your car, 40 % 0f that would be £3200, total £11200. Now dont tell me you wouldnt be moaning about that!!:mad: Bit of a differance, wouldnt you agree. What I'm trying to say here is, to you, more well off guys, it isnt much money, but to the little guy on a tight budget, it's quite a bit. Now do you see where I'm coming from?:confused: I wasn't trying to have a go at you, just surprised, that you seem to forget where your Z owning days started! We've all had cars that were sheds, and mine still is :D , but we aspire to better things in life. This guy has brought, what I persume is, his first Z, and now has had a bad experiance, and that is un-fortunate and I do hope that he can resolve it without having to sell. Now he may think that he wont come back on here in the future, due to the reaction he received!! There are some very knowledgeable, helpful and cleaver Z owners on this forum, and then there are the P*** takers, snobs and ars***ls whom just bring the community down:mad: take your pick which one you fit into. Weel it's nice to see the spirit of the Z community is alive and kicking here, NOT!!!! I'm surprised at some of the well established members on here, ur sympathy is almost non-existant. Some of us who own Z's, well when i get mine i will, run our cars on , what would seem to some, a tight budget! We do this because we love the cars, not because we've got loads of money to spend on mods and body kits, not that there is anything wrong in that. This love affair is the point of owning a Z. There seems to be an attitude of 'well I've got loads of money, and you haven't, so you shouldn't be running one!' Come on guys, we all love the Z, so, and you all must have been in this situation at some time, lets stop this attitude. After all, if your expensive Z you've just brought just went bang, you'd be somewhat pi****d off as well, and you'd be posting on here how YOU feel. Then you wouldn't like negative comments like those would you?? And before you say it, yes I know I don't own a Z just yet, but I will soon, so you can't say it isn't any of my business. Hi Mac Liked the pics, :confused: , and showed them to a friend who owns a Vectra, and is a member of the Vectra Sport club, he's posted them on there web site and has had some response. he's sent me a pic of it now with a different alloy single spoiler on the back, apparentley he was haveing problem reversing, :confused: ???? Anyway, I currentley cant post pics, untill i subscribe (soon:p ), so if you want the pic give me a shout, m8 DAVE

John Just thought about somthing else that might be of use to you, just ignor me if I'm wasting your time m8:p , as well as Norton and Black Ice, I also use Ad-Aware and Pop-Up-Stopper. These are both very usefull little tools for when you are surfing the net. Ad-Aware, is available FREE from a company called Lavasoft, but I've lost the web addy, but a search for Ad-Aware will find it. This tool, on activating, will detect any 'Trackers' placed on your pc by unscruperless web sites, and some so-called friendly ones as well:mad: It then removes them from your system for good. Any programmes, placed within your pc that are not wanted(!!!)and that are impossible to remove in the normall way, will have there execute parts quaranteened, thus disableing them from working!! Pop-Up-Stopper, is also available FREE, from a company called panicware, and can be received from http://www.panicware.com This tool come highly recomended, and does the job it says very well indeed!!:D In my opinion is the best one on the market, and is recomended by a lot of internet companies!! Anyway, I hope this is of use to you, and good luck. DAVE

John Norton and Black Ice are both good, I've got both, and they work seperate from each other! If you use Black Ice though, be carefull about pressing 'Terminate Always', as i did this to one application and crashed the whole pc, it didnt get passed the start up screen after that!!!:mad: I then had to re-configure everything:mad: Wasnt impressed, but am now more carefull what i'm doing:p Anyway good luck DAVE:D

Yeah, nice big comfy arm chair, with extending foot rest. 36" widescreen directly facing you, aprox 6 - 8 feet in front of you. DONT put it in the corner, this way if it's all square then you can set all the speakers up properly, as surround sound doesnt work in corners, sounds crap. Make sure the TV stand has enough room to place Video, DVD, SKY, sound processor and games consol :D ................Then you are sorted mate:p Oh and dont froget to have a chair with the pint glass/can holder on the arm rest, lol:D I've got the Sony 28" with all the above, and its set up very nicely :D , works a treat, best thing i ever sorted in this house!!!! FAO Big Roy, I'm currently looking into this, I've already got the paperwork for doing it youself. DONT PAY FOR THE PAPERWORK, I got it for free, and that is from a legitimate source, I'm at work at the mo, but when I get home l8a, I'll get the web site address and post it up on here, along with the costs. Mines also amicable, at present, and we decided to organise it all ourselves, although we do have kids, but aslong as they are sorted out, in the eyes of the court, then its all plain sailing!! The Yellow ZX with the leather interior, very nice:D . The red ZX with the gleaming engine bay, yes I know that it looks orange, it must be a trick of the light! The Toyota MR2 with the speckled paintwork. The photo doesnt do it justice though. The Toyota Starlet (I think it is?) with the speckled paintwork as well. Doesnt show up too well though. The GTO engine bay, must av took a bit of polishing!!:cool: And finally the Honda CRX with the red interior. The Nissan Skyline ----- Is that a genuine Carbon Fibre bonnett? Looked like it to me. And, the Supra with the low spoiler, I quite liked it, but must be a bugger with speed bumps!!
