  1. Side pods finished :D All red background illumination, with blue lighting for the individual switches when switched on (if that makes sense?) Also installed a red and blue for the heat control (Red top, Blue bottom) as per this pic (this is NOT my pod)....... I've also installed a new LED for the Hazard switch. Full pics when I can take a decent one, and after I've installed the new clock set-up. (Hopefully tomorrow)
  2. New(ish) film staring Steve Coogan.... Just watched this, quite amusing, good script and very well put together. No car chases, shootouts or people going around shouting "**** you!!!!" all the way through it ;) Alongside Steve is Rebecca Romijn.............. 'Plot: In the style of the "Thin Man" movies (Nick and Nora) of the late thirties, Ray is an ex-confidence man smart enough to leave the grift before the grift grifted him. Now Ray runs an alibi service for men and women who want to spend a little quality love time away from their, well…loved ones. A true cynic, Ray's business is booming until Wendell Hatch, the pampered son of Ray's biggest client, sneaks away to Santa Barbara for the weekend before his wedding and accidentally strangles his date (mind you, not his fiancée). Suddenly Ray is an accessory to murder and is gunned for by everyone from a savvy small-town cop, to a heartbroken chauffeur and even worse, a pious assassin called "The Mormon". Unable to extricate himself from this tangled web, Ray must at last rely on and trust someone. Enter Lola, his sexy, fast-talking right-hand woman. With her help, Ray must mastermind one final con that will clear his name and put his ghosts to rest, once and for all. But even for Ray, everything doesn't always go according to plan – whether he likes it or not, he's about to learn a thing or two about love and affairs of the heart, even his own.'
  3. Isn't that what Andy said? How can a kit of parts be 'E' marked? Surely only a full component, or a lens can have an 'E' mark! Under the rules, as stated earlier, even the 99 spec full headlamps are still illegal, as they don't come with height adjustment!
  4. He checked the mirror, before going to work and thought, " See, I only look 30" and was so proud, untill he realised it was the postman looking in through the front door window!!   Happy Birthday you old git!! :D
  5. Like I say, it doesn't bother me, it's the others ;) I've learnt to type on the PC and text both at the same time, so it's now second nature to swap between the two of them. :D (
  6. Theres just one thing I'll say for now ;) Do you send text's? :D A few members on here don't like txt spk ( :D ) (not that it bothers me, as I use it on my phone) so as a rule you'll get a few moans and groans about txt typing ;)
  7. I think the funniest thing about TG, is that we now have seven threads started in two days on the subject!!
  8. Never a truer word spoken (typed ;) ) :D If you don't know how to do something, just ask. You may receive the odd sarcastic reply, but on the whole we all had to learn somewhere so don't mind telling others :D We never learnt computing at school like they do these days (my kids started at FIVE!!) so I'm mostly self taught, which is why it takes me a while to do stuff :D
  9. Nice screw heads! ;) Have you got covers/grils for them?
  10. I don't care if it's illegal. Along with my small front number plate, my HID's have passed two MOT's so far without any probs :D
  11. Awesome  I love that site ;) My fave.... And I'm liking very much.... NO!!! Not the car, the babes!!! ;)
  12. The difference is 8 bud!!!
  13. And I agree, I wouldn't drive one of them vans or have one of those spoilers on my Zed either. And as for the Scoobie, I wouldn't piss on one if it was on fire :D But surprisingly, I took that photo of the Scoobie, as it's part of my own collection of pics (Taken at JAPS 2006) I can always appreciate what effort, time and money others have spent on their own vehicles (read their own pride and joy) the same as we spend on our own Zeds.

Can't you receive SKY over there?
  15. Although i can see where you're coming from, i wouldn't knock anothers idea or efforts (unless it really is hideously put together) The van's will come into their own over here soon, but it is a very big scene over in Japan that has a huge following. The Rex, can't see anything wrong with it myself, that rear wing is available for the Zed as well, and I believe some of our own members have them. And as for the Scoobie, although I personally have never liked them, nothing wrong in a little artwork. The smudge is infact a ghost image of the main design... ALL IMHO!! :D
  16. I think the contents of the petrol can are the best thing for it!!
  17. I think it depends what look you want. Although I've just received an A pillar pod, if I want anymore than the three it'll hold, I don't know what I'll do  as apart from the radio hole pod I just don't like any of the other types that are available.
  18. Where's his handbag?
  19. TBH, and with absolutely no disrespect to anyone who is or has to dismantle their Zed, the more broken up, the more the others will be worth! It just makes logical sense. Although it's not nice to see someone breaking one up, it does mean that other Zeds will remain on the road that bit longer.
  20. Was gona say the same, just can't imagine Nick getting out of that!! (or in it!)
  21. I love the way he's just sprayed everything, including the steering wheel and drivers seat. I see the front bumper is held up by a brick
  22. I've got some old yogurt pots and sticky-backed plastic if you need it!!
  23. Boss welded on top of solid block pipe... Photo courtesy of boldy . And an in-line pipe adaptor...
