can you not adjust it a little to take away some of the angle and then trim a little off the inside edge but leave the bottom line as is?? I think the mesh should really be black looks classy compaired to tacky silver also, That way you will still see the ic shine through

No the one i had has connectors where yours were cut off/missing? mine just pluged into the stock wireing loom and job done. took like 30secs to do lol!! Then i undid all the tape like you have done on the loom and put it under the headlight panel :)

Ive used this before on wheels etc for easy masking, you can even use latex and it just peals off :)
