so were the jap supra and gto's quoted as 280hp but all had 320hp. That BS gental mans agreement which none of them stuck to as each one wanted to be the fastest. same with the skylines most of them and the focus rs are running more than stated. Thats with all proper dynos on other forums to prove Dont believe everything you read

Athane has had 283.5 on the rollers and all she has is an exhaust so it must of had around 300hp from new and lost a few over the years which would seem around right

I thought they were all 300 brake jap uk and Us market then 96+ they had to drop it down to 280 because they stuggeld with the new emission laws And the 280brake was a gentalmans agreement to stop a power race that never happend The Supra and Gto both had 320hp and us with 300hp :nono:

I was just wondering what is needed to fit a decat pipe. With removal of all the little pipes etc And what should be done to the holes in the cat when i come to fit it at MOT time?? Or should i buy a pair of cats and smash the internals up. And fit the proper cats for mot time :confused::confused:

Not sure on the fault. But you cannot really go off the std zx oil pressure guage as the magority of them are faulty. Best take it to a garage to do a compreston test.

1st off all there is no need to shout :tongue: Yes the blue silicone pipes replace your old tied ones that go to the plenum. Alot cheaper than hard pipes £200+ Yes you would be fine replacing all your hoses with silicone pipe as long as there the same diamiter

Any ideas on the engine size?? 2l= 150hp /2.2= 170hp /2.5= 190hp /3.0= 230hp/ Or the M 343hp (hhhmmmm)would be a different story

Maybe it sounded odd because the stage was in the center of the arena instead of it being at the end like usual???
