Right so it 1 get the papers and let the dvla know what im doing. 2 let the insurance know 3 get the tax sorted 4 new v5 arrives later on Somthing like that :lol: I will be ringing them up tomorow anyway. Well becks can :lol::lol:

Yeah thats what i thought, so what would be left for me to do. TAX and insurance and they do the v5?? sorry if i come across thick :lol:

Thanks for the info. It is a new plate and the company want a £80 transfer fee or somthing and my details, so would that be what you have mention above? If not then that would be £160 in fees:confused1: I will have to ring them up tomorrow and see whats what. Thanks for your help everyone :smartass:

the £80 fee is for a plate transfer, Will that be the 1st bit you said tony?

Thats a ball ach lol!!! i surpose you can send them away to the dvla (swansea) think the nearest around here is 40 miles away lol!!!

I have seen a private plate that i like. Its around £500 and the £80 fee and vat on top. Is the £80 fee for them to sort out all the detials with the dvla etc?? what about my v5 Will i have to buy plates or would they come with the paper work etc? Also i would need to tell my insurance. what about my tax disc because this will have my old reg on. Ive never bought one before so i dont have a clue?? cheers :)

I put ultimate in the vectra and i get more mpg out of a tank than i do with normal stuff. I dont know why but i do. so over a full tank i save more money lol!!

Yeah i think it was on a 93 plate and was an option for 3 months or somthing like. I found it impossible to get a straight black wing and boot. looked for 3 years and ended up getting a metallic lol!!!
