Ive not had any issues with fractues etc and i have hi a few potholes over the years in them and so far so good fingers crossed Laqure on the rim well that just sucks mine started to go in about a month and then a month later i did a full rim restore so its bare alloy now and a pig to keep clean, every time you wash the car you need to get the autosol out ggrrrrrrr Mine are also 19" and the weigh as much as the car. I would like to change mine soon but soon i will have a little one with us :wacko:
  7. I would say you have a caliper problem. one of them could be sticking by the sounds of it. It sounds like one is slightly binding so when you press the brake it will pull you over to one side because it is already technically allready on, then the other grabs and straightes it up. Also with the friction it will heat up and exaggerate any slight warpage on the disc you have, I have the same problem on the BM at the min, and trying to get the caliper boly off i have snaped 2 spannes :(
