I just dont know what to do!! I'm skint the cars now been off the road for over 6 months and the worse thing is I cant see where the money is coming from to continue the project. I know i nearly did this a few months ago but ive just started a new job and money is really tight so do i leave it covered up and just do bits when and where i can? Do i break her? (far too good to break) Do i sell the goodies i have to put on her and just get her back on the road? or try and sell her as a project to someone who wants to carry on and build something to compete to macca? Its just driving me crazy everytime i see her under her cover and cant drive it. Also i'm in enough debt as it is and i dont want to go into anymore debt for her as much as i do love my zed!! The only problem with the 20g's is that when they do kick in its not really controllable so it depends on what you want...a nice rolling road read out saying your car puts out 700+ ponies but you cant drive it on the road and have some fun or take it down a notch and get a car that still puts the ponies out but slightly less but is still drivable and fun!! I was mate but i had threatening phone call from people telling me to keep her so i will soldier on with the rebuild but i have just compiles a list of the bits i need and so far it adds upto £10000 so a little vioce at the back of my mind says sell the car as a project sell the forged bits and then spend the 12 odd grand on another car?? but then i would be dissapointed for giving up!! Hi Stu Ive looked at these and you have a couple of problems, the main one being that they dont make the kit anymore for the zed!! but you can still find them at a few places, they other problem is that there too big for the zed infact i believe you even have to modify the inner wing to fit them, the last one is lag its massive on them and you would need to use nos to spool them up quicker thats why i'm only going for the 16g kit now as it will still push 600 bhp and the lag isnt that bad!! You might struggle with 7x10's you will certainly have to build something to overcome the contours of the panel But it is dooable Kirbz

Sounds like you have the same virus as i did, my norton didnt pick it up it sounds like the beagle virus and before anyone says anything you dont force it to have a fag!! Try downloading this to see if you have it http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxBgleMO.exe. Worked a treat on mine but it did delete some exe files as thats what the beagle infects...little bugger Kirbz

Sorry Matty but there is room for speakers there, i have some 5 inch speakers there and they sound superb, i did buy 6.5 inch originally but i would have had to make something to step them out as the speakers were very deep, but i am going to be putting 6x9s in there very soon!! Kirbz

or is it that they are over charging heavily on there's!!?? I have a powerflow on mine and yes you probably can get better but for good value and if you get a decent fitter then you cant go wrong but you can get the most expensive exhaust in the world but if its fitted badly!! My advice is go where you can get some decent feedback and you know people who have used them Kirbz

Well i was driving down the M6 today and came off just before thelwall, i was driving down the slip road when there was a traffic jam....strange as its usually not busy anyway after about 10 mins of stop start driving found out that on top of the motorway bridge theres a mobile speed camera van taking a full lane thus causing the traffic jam but get this... Its only monitoring traffic thats already doing 40 in road works WITH speed cameras every hundred yards or so on the side of the motorway so why was they there??? Another valuable use of police time and money Kirbz

I have to say i have a standard fron spoiler and at 170+mph it was fine, a little windy!! but totally stable, i think it comes more down to the suspension setup and tyres etc rather than aerodynamics....the missus wasnt too happy
