Have you had the ecu out yet mate?? cos you need to check theres no dodgy chip in there setting the timing so high!! and like i told you at the meeting i would NOT be driving it with the timing that advanced as its gonna blow mate, you need to either find someone with a timing gun and knock the cas round like to told you until its 15 tdc or poss even a little less if your having other problems to leave some safety. I found that sticking a screwdriver threw them and prising them out worked best and they just press back in, no sealant needed ;)

Its alright saving a few quid by importing stuff but what happens when or if it goes wrong?? Thats why i would rather pay a little extra and go to companies and traders on here and buy a product which if it goes wrong it will get replaced or refunded!!! Just my opinion Kirbz

What i mean is mate i'm sure if having a fmic caused overheating problems by restricting enough airflow to the rad they would have never made it with a fmic??

lol dont listen to me i'm just vain thats why i like FMIC :tongue: but seriously even in very very hot weather in my yellow zed it never had any heating problems, and i had aftermarket gauges ;) i would say lag wise you would be hard to actually feel any difference? must admit my plastic fog cover had to be trimmed a little to fit the HKS FMIC but you didnt have to remove it, saying that the newer ones i think fit with no cutting needed? Not that i'm getting into the smic vs fmic but if your planning 5-600 or less bhp then uprated smic are more than enough. Just to pour a little fuel on this ;) ive now had 2 zeds both running fmic and NEVER had any problems with lag or over heating?? TBH and this in my own personnel opinion if you look at ANY big performance car and they all run a front mount? there standard fit on all skylines, evos etc Mike

it all depends on how far you have to space them to whether you need longer bolts bud

first of all have you tried them on?? because the supra has a smaller hub of i think 50mm and the 300zx has a 60mm so make sure they fit first ;) speak to chris@getgreddy he can get spacers with longer bolts Kirbz

no no no autos once your passed 400 ish bhp turn into chocolate ;) manuals or so we thought were bomb proof but its looking like poss 500 ish is its limits before the syncros go. speed wise the manual i think is geared to about 197mph (bhp dependent) and i think the auto is geared for 202mph again you need the power to get there and a hell of long straight road lol

just do a search, you can dowload it from loads of places and then download a serial crack or pm me and i will send you one ;)
