It smokes on deceleration after boost starts and runs ok dipstick pops out and pi##es oil everywhere. It going for a rebuild shortly :cry: pressure hit 21.1psi.... spike or whatever peak was monitered by ebc stock injectors only go to about 15max hence I have a very expensive ornament. On the bright side I have a smokeless car to look forward to after the build :)

i noticed the warning light on once on ebc so eased off. When i got home and checked next day it had hit 21.1psi and I now have a screwed engine which looks like holey pistons and am not hte happiest bloke in the world

never really though of him as a top stand up comic just a r prior rip off. Actually sat down and watched 2 of his shows over xmas. Thought he was pretty cool. can't really tell if there's oil on back of the car as there has been so much shite of the roads dragged up with all the crappy weather. Will clean the arse end tommorrow take it for a run and check the oil cap for fumes. Had a feeling the rings could be the prob looks like bye bye zed and all if they are gone. Thrown enough money into the car to get it running safe and right and looks like it's been proffessionally ballsed up

Before I call it a day and sell my zed on the bay for stupid money :cry: one last question in hope of fixing without major cost.Had new pcv's(2 valves 2 pipes i believe) fitted about 200 miles ago(don't use the car alot was about 3 weeks ago) since then smoke is coming from exhausts(both I think) on relese of throttle after a few seconds of full boost. Also the dipstick has popped out a few times(at above 11psi) and blown oil over battery. Everything else seems fine power and all. Could this be the pcv's at fault. Car did have a brief few over high boost on incorrect boost controller setting but is running at 9.5psi. thanks in advance and happy new year to all

had a m8 builder round today to sort it out. Sbr(same as bal bond...latex based I could not belive how well this stuff sticks even to skin and plastic. It will not come off) mixed neat with cement brushed on to then fill deep voids with strong sand cement mix with rapid set and sbr mixed in while sbr still wet. Letex self leveller goes down tommorrrow if all is dry enough. Would not of believed how good sbr(bal bond) id until i saw it for myself and tried to peel it off my arms today. Don't think that lot will be going anywhere hopefully be sticking tiles down on the weekend if it's dry and might have a kitchen floor for xmas :D
