Well something only worth what someone is willing to pay, so no real answer. However a couple of months ago i would of snatched your hand off at £350, as long as they are in very good condition. HTH :)

Its happend!!!! Got rear ended yesterday FFS !!!
Firstly if it was written off (which i doubt, considering the Dutch Insurance Company's policy) it would almost certainly be a Cat C because of its age, which means you will fix it, mot it and then VIC test it and when you get your logbook back it will say that the vehicle was damaged/repaired and has had a vic test. On a very rare occasion a Cat C will not require a VIC test, however that is a Very rare occasion. Also you will have to declare that it is Cat C when you come to sell it which will obviously bring the value of the car down usually about 25%. TBH i was just telling you that so you know, i seriously doubt this will happen to you as with you saying about the insurance company policy, i would think they will just send you the money and you get it repaired. Infact if you wanted to make something out of it, you could get a quote from a well known repairer and then get a repaired cheaper somewhere else. I've bought alot of salvage cars and know what i need to know, however i have never bought a car back from an insurance company, however i would imagine everyones experience is different, so don't necessarily think you will get the same treatment as others in the past. HTH :)

Would'nt mind a Clio V6 actually, still pretty pricey though. They do turn up as salvage every now and again though.
