Is the white you're talking about the undercoat/primer? TBH the best thing is to rub them down and respray them in the colour of your choice :)

Easiest thing to do is to take it to a tyre place and they can use an air tool to undo them :)

I fookin hate the mk3 supra, IMO its not aged well at all! The mk4 may not be to everyones taste buts its not looking bad for its age IMO, i really quite like them :)
