  7. Well I hope it works out Ebay and paypal don't have to give out addresses because they guarantee a refund if you're not happy Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  8. Well make it a condition of selling that the committee is free to give out the address That would Also get round the data protection issue especially if a tick box was on the ad so it couldn't be posted unless the box authorising disclosure was ticked Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  9. Well why not make members put their details on the advert as I suggested Then there is no data protection issue and no address no advert Problem solved Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  10. That's always depending on whether you've got the persons real name and address, not just an email address for paypal ! I've been done over by a Guy Called Peter Rostron and all I got from the mods was data protection, data protection That's why I suggested to Richard the other night that anyone selling anything MUST give their details in the ad Then we wouldn't have data protection issues because the mods would know if the address was false or not and everyone else would have co0nfidence that a line of recourse if it went wrong. I'm not suggesting they send the boys round but you have to have an address for the small claims court and any subsequent enforcement action Rant over !

  14. Hi Jeff I understand how you work with suggestions to explore a diagnosis and have done so on several occasions in the past with both our zeds. A zed is a complicated piece of machinery and when a problem arises it is not always obvious as to the cause. And you always try to save a customer money. And with some of the intermittant faults it can take ages to fix . The green zed with the MAF that took ages to find because it wasn't a hard fault, The CAS unit that didn't show itself until finally it went hard.... If people are prepared to work with you there's no problem. It when people think they know better....
  15. The only national person I trust 100% with our Zeds

  20. Thats not the point at all and you always seen to get the wrong end of the stick Many occasions recently I've had to take avoiding action to avoid a cyclist who has crossed a red light and then got caught in the middle of the junction with cars going both directions round him/her All it would take is for someone to take a wider berth with an oncoming slightly faster than the wider berthing one not realising or recognising on how fast he was coming because his lights are green and BANG you've got a head on caused by a cyclist crossing his/her red light and being caught in the middle of a junction Road rules are for Everyone...No exceptions and if you don't believe me read the highway code
  21. Jeff must have a list about a mile long of what he's done our two ! Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  22. Sat at some lights in the right turn filter lane when a cyclist comes up alongside and proceeds to creep forward and then then go across the road against the red light ....... I just blasted the horn at him all I got was a finger ! Caught up with him at the next lights and told him cyclists have to obey traffic signals as well and got a mouthful of abuse... Hope he ends up under a car pdq !
