  1. Ah the Port eh! I was wondering where Zooport was but hey you could put Zoo in front of every where in South Wales and you'd be spot on!! :D I have read about the meet on Saturday and I am interested. The trouble is I'm down to work, so will have to try and get someone to swop with me :headvswal
  2. Hello mate, I'm from sunny Aberdare! You anywhere near? Ade.
  3. I'm stuck with the rev limiter too! Looks good doing the clock (private road of course ;) ) but when you work out your only doing around 112mph it's a little sad. So I take it that the best way to sort this is by getting hold of an ecu chip (not one of those e-bay boxes) for the limiter, and a resistor behind the clocks for the speed conversion?? Ade.
  4. Excellent find!! and an informative read. Cheers, Ade.
  5. I hope you're doing this on a private road?? Naughty naughty admitting it on a public site otherwise mate ;) Ade.
  6. .... any pic's of your car's ... :hyper: :D ... wozza ... .. Loads! Trouble is how do I put them up? (pics that is :D ) Nice to meet you too mate. Ade
  7. Hello. It's easy to pick up a late Rover 800 Vitesse for that sort of cash. They are full of toys and go relatively well too whist being excellent on fuel. I know they are sometimes unreliable (headgaskets and gearboxes) but I run one as my daily driver and have always done so. I use and abuse them for 5-6 months and then sell on, usually at a profit. Hope it helps mate. Ade.
  8. If I could find the newbies section I would post an introduction ;) Yes perhaps a little too strong for a first post and apologies to all, but it winds me up when I see numpty coppers! :D (tarred with the same brush and all that) I think it would be best if I took the time to make a proper introduction and perhaps if I've missed the correct thread the mods might move it or give me a helping hand  Hello I'm Ade and I own a N/a 1992 Black t-top auto. Bought it totally standard and unabused 2 weeks ago and have since added a set of oz titans and a cone filter. I am well into the Japanese tuning scene, and also own a modified Skyline Gtr32, and a Mitsubishi Gto. My other half has a modded Mr2 turbo which she wont let me loose in! :D Ade.
  9. Mmm. I understand that he is a 'copper' but the manouveres he made put countless members of the public in serious danger. Yes it was in another country and perhaps their training is different to what a police officer in this country would receive, but the truth is it doesn't give him the right to drive like he did. I agree with all the comments above in that he needs to meet a tree etc, but then his family would suffer. He is trained to a different standard to normal drivers as all police officers are, but driver/mechanical error can happen to anyone! I'd love to see what his supervisors at work would make of his antics! Before anyone jumps on my thread and states that coppers over here drive the same. I don't, and can only comment on what I've just seen. Ade.
