Had my Zed 8 years i wouldn't trade it for anything

Fantastic my Zed passed first time with 2 advisories = both back shocks apparently misting fluid lol, or maybe i caught them with underseal. Never said a word about the exhaust and believe me its bloody loud, so loud infact it caused perminent hearing loss in my right ear and sets off car alarms as a hobby.

Oh this don't sound good I got an MOT tomorrow and my na z32 is loud enough too scare a small country.

mine was the needle bearings in the universal joints on the prop shaft i spotted they had a dry rust type colour residue, solution i bought a single piece prop shaft from z1 for about 200 quid http://www.z1motorsports.com/index.php?cPath=6_11

3 . i had a similar noise from below the car. Found it too be a bearing in the prop shaft was failing, noise changed when i put my foot down and sometimes wasn't there at all. hope this helps

After zooming thorugh MOT without touching the sides my old zed is ready to mingle with others of its species Either place i good for me, Perranporth easier to get too than the pandora..

If someone can say where? i'll be there. That is after my zed sails through MOT on wednesday ,fingers crossed hehe. might fail on noise polution lol

i had similar problems with my 91 n/a too .in the end went thorugh a 300zx trader on the site for mine. tried lots manufacturers with no luck had about 5 through the post i had to send back. even after giving the exact dimensions they still get it wrong. good luck let me know when were going to have a meeting down here, have seen alot of zed's in the area recently

how much are the stickers ?

wish i'd bought one the first day i got my zed i reckon it was on its way out from day one all look for worn out sections on the carbon tracking inside it with a multi meter especially at low throttle points hope it helps

does anyone know the measurements for the fuel hose to the pressure regulator i need to buy some on the way home from work and haven't the time to find it thanks

my auto box was jumping out or eving high like i had my foot depressed on a clutch it turned out being the throttle position sensor, been bugging me for months fixed it today and it feels like a completely different car

funny everyone seems to be quoted a shed load of money. i suggest move to cornwall mine cost me £350 f/comp and i had it totalled last xmas for full claim (norwich union)

it was a dodgy section on the carbon strip inside my tps with about 3mm broken off one sides contact new one on way thanks all

done the ptu connections last week, they were in need of cleaning but generally not bad, also checked the ptu will check the detonation sensor later. the thing is it totally shuts down to tickover then after a couple of seconds lets you put your foot down again, if you do it any earlier or keep your foot on the throttle it bounces up the road like you just whipped it with a cactus thanks for the speed sensor a little while ago it worked a treat by the way

i have a na auto so dump valves aren't a factor thanks anyway already checked my mas and it was ok bit stumped so its not the throttle sensor then? could it be air leak after mas

My zed recently decided to present me with a new prob i can drive along in traffic at the usual lack of urgency, but when i try to accelerate slowy the engine completely stalls.if i keep my foot on the gas it kangeroo's until i take my foot off letting it settle, then i can accelerate again. there is also a lack of power when this is happening, it doesn't happen all the time and seems throttle related could it be my throttle sensor? have taken it off and it seemed ok. can anyone help :bow:

have no idea where the pandora inn is. Marazion gets my vote but it would living 3 miles away. 90 na,auto,very big zorst and 19' tsw alloys
