Run a wire from the back of the Ign Switch from the starter terminal to the starters solonoid. Job done.

IMHO Thats fixable, seen a lot worse before fixed. Looking at the pics the rad has just poped out and the member is a little bent.

It may be a FET Turbo timer. dont know the model though :S
