Hes sort of a mate,he lves by my mates garage and is always popping in for tea and a chat. He came in on saturday while i was stripping my car and said i needed to do something about my seats.Next thing you know the sample books were out and i took him £250 tonight so he could get 2 hides tomorrow and start work while all the panels are out. This guy is good he even offerd to hand stitch my steering wheel,but i thought cream might get a bit dirty. Oh and its Llandudno in N.Wales.

You will see them when you take your wings off.If youve decatted theyr now defunct,so its not a problem. Theyre black plastic things with pipes running to where the cats were. A bit vague i know but i hope this helps.

Ive just been to see a upholsterer while my car is in the bodyshop,and he says he can do the whole car in cream leather with orange piping and perforated seat center panels for £500 :hyper: I know this guys work he used to work for Rolls Royce in Crewe and he did my seats last time.Although now its being resprayed orange the yellow wont go :hurl: Ill post some pics when its done.

Yeh not a bad fit a all although you will have to remove the black tanks behind the wings,which isnt a problem if youv decatted.

Ive just put some on mine just needed a bit of squaring up near the headlights to match my Bomex bumper.

Yeh i remember when i pased my test my dad bought me a 1962 850 mini and the first thing i did was put a mini cooper engine in it with 28/36 webbers,hi lo suspension and a jenson interceptor tailpipe on the end of a straight through exhaust with a mini van diff. That thing would leave anything standing up to 60,and whistle like a banshee when you changed gears. :D

Im having the same problem at the moment with my Border wings. Ive decided to fill and drill the exsiting holes (well marks realy) and use Audi A4 repeaters which are clear small square things. ;)

Hi Dewi when i did mine i had the same probs got it eventualy though,one pully was always a coule of mill out,get it lined up as close as poss and give the crank one revolution and see how it lines up then.

Hi guys im fitting new uprated intercoolers and theres a black tank next to the radiator overflow tank,is it part of the aircon system? The oneon the drivers side was no problem its the pasenger side im having difficulty with.Ive allready removed the aircon comp etc,so if its possible ill bin this as well. Ta
