Love skylines!" ooh dont worry its planned. she is sitting a tad higher than usual cos she is a gts4 ..has the rb25de withthe 4wd from the gtr. dyno'd at 200.9. the nineteens are also slightly bigger thanthe stock wheels over all so really high....but goes round corners on rails. plans are.. spacers and lowered varriable cam pully hks belt induction of some sort gtr fuel pump 550 injectors bigger throttle bodies and perhaps plenum spitfire coilpacks piggy back ecu planned bhp 300 and no turbo!

hi all just a little note to say hello, as some of you may know the skyline i had at motorscope in july got "lotused" and since the chassis got all bent it was written off. so here is a picture of my replacement(s) the front of the silver one isnt as pretty however i was tempted by the 300's but fourdoors is more practical, and i can save up for a twin turbo now! (grin) if anyone is in the area of northallerton on the afternoon of the 15th july were having another dyno run, and a couple of cars from last time will be there with bigger mods. (one aledgedly around 500bhp now) hope youre all having fun and see ya round! si

well not now anyways...i gotta say the zed seems a tad more plushinside than the skyline heated seats and all that . makes for a oft car....mind you some would say it alsow makes fer a soft driver ..(grin) but anyone with a rear wheel drive car with 240bhp has to be a bit nuts regardless of type

hmmm my first thought jay kay, because he owns a mura. but dave guilmore does make me smile so im torn on that too. slash is pretty cool too.........drank more than the entire yearly gross export of Jack D during his twentys and lived to come back with a (second) kick ass band......ace.

right engine codes for the skylines. RB series of engine which is a straight 6. 2.0 sohc (as fitted to the one of the r33 varients) not sure of is engine code, this engine is a bit of an anomaly amongst r33's but is worth mentioning as its disteinctly difernet from the 2.0 turbo in the r32 varient of the car. ok clear as mud so far so, engines consist of rb20de and rb20det which are the non turbo and turbo models of the 2 liter twin cam respectively. (t is turbo ) most often found in the r32 model's. rb25de and rb25det as fitted to the r33 series. there are two varients of r33 a spec 1 and spec 2 normally told apart by there bumpers etc, and there are also spec one and two series engines ..the spec one engine has a ignition amplifier on top of the the head, above cylinder six. on the spec two engine this is missing. to confuse the issue these engines are not always fitted to the respective model of car, ie it is possible to have a spec 2 engine in a spec 1 car. rb26dett as fitted to the gtr. this is found in r32 r33. the r34 has the rb26det "neo" varient i beleive which is quite significantly differnt to preceding engine. im not an expert on the neo so ill refrain form saying anthing else. one point to note is that it is possible to turbo an rb25de, but the oil ways in the block are different and its a big job. not just a case of bolting one on. and all of the above are DOHC 6 cylinder (with possible of exception of the neo) hope that helps

ive had similar problems with the hp2790, and from what i gather its the usb connection. normally when connecting something via usb (like a printer ) there is a two tone beep to say device found. this sometimes does not happen, which then doesnt aloow the device to sync up ,as active sync cant find it. are you useing active sync 4 or 4.2? there were some known issues with version 4 so have a search for 4.2 it may solve your problem.

makes ya think........i see plenty of "too lates" at work, and most days i think to my self that one day ill be the old guy in the hospital bed. i hope my family have the time to come and see the "old boy" unlike some i see

thats some thing to budget for then .. new turbos...... mind you ive preference for an na, as i think they break less often ..least thats what im told...grin
