she has given them all the detail she has the woman is still adamant that its sorted however i know she shouldnt do it but she has opened up the owner mortgage statement as some of there mail still comes to the house and the last four payments have been missed. The owner was on the phone today saying its all sorted and she needs the rent money by the 9th at the latest. my sister has told them she will pay the rent when the sherriff officer comes back and produces a letter saying that its all cleared needless to say they arent to happy

She has been in contact with the owners and they are adamant its a mistake but she is trying to get its all sorted soon as

here goes il try explain the situation as best as i can and any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Earlier this year my younger sister found out she was going to have another child, great news. however she was staying in a 2 bedroom house and and she was having a girl so her son and the new baby couldnt share a room. by chance one day i was out at the cars and my neighbour who i got on well with said that he was moving back down to england and was gonna be renting his 3 bedroom bungalow out. right away spoke with my sister and she was very interested. they drew up a contract and all was settled she has since spent time and money getting the house into a good condition and her little girl is now 6 weeks old everything was going great until tonight. they got a visit from a sheriff officer as the owners havent been paying there mortgage even though they have been recieving my sisters rent money. the sherrif officers have given my sister till the end of january to pack up and move as at present they cant locate the owners. does she have any options here? is there any companies that could buy the property for renting purposes? she is settled in our street and doesnt want to move away and she has worked hard to get to where she is the now

im taking down the wooden one that is up at present and building a brick one after this is all up

Dont know if you all remember but a few month back i got the chance of a really nice second hand conservatory for free. well today got sent the new plans for our small extension and conservatory so we can send it away for planning permission should give us plenty more space so far we have spent £80 that got us all our drawings and land surveys now just to fill in the planning application and get it sent away

cheers guys car wont be back on the road till the summer looking at getting it back from the bodyshop in january all repaired a little multi coloured but repaired none the less lol then i can work on it and get it starting to be the way i want it kinda feel like il now be moving in the right direction though

times are just to tight got 3 cars sitting here and cant afford to fix any of them

when i crashed the zed all those months ago the plan was to get it back on the road asap but a lack of money has put a stop to that, didnt mind not having it up until about the last week really wanting it back now the good news is though that im doing a job for myself that will bring in around £1250 so should have the money soon. really cant wait now lol

ok been doing some more work on the calendar tonight and have been given the clubs blessing to use the club logo on it which is getting sent over to me tomorrow but think this is what the final pics will look like but with the club logo somewhere. i realise the spec maybe wrong but just added it to show the final look
