When driving home last night & again this morning my gearbox wouldn't change gear at normal revs but only right round on the redline any ideas? cheers Carl

take off the new engine as its not needed

Excuse my stupidity but is the manual TT engine the same as the Auto i know they have different turbos & cams but just wondered if a manual engine will fit straight into my Auto or what i would have to do to make it fit?? thanks

Have just done a compression test and piston 4 is at 50 Could there be any other causes than a knackered bottom end??

managed to get it off with an old part of a roll cage, just need to find time to put it back together now so i can finally drive the thing after i brought it in December

I'm in the process of replacing the headgaskets, but just can't seem to get the head off i've undone the 8 headbolts, but the head won't budge? there are 2 what seem to be bolts inbetween the 2 cams do these need to be removed? or is it something else i'm missing? cheers carl

I've just fitted my cats brought off PHNW to my 300zx tt 1992 import, but now it wont start it turns over but wont catch. any idea? cheers carl
