  1. About time!! Surely the whole point of a club is to look out for each other.
  2. Why don't you want the indicators Baz?
  3. Used double-sided stickey tape on mine. No probs. Do not use double-sided STICKEY PADS though!! They will jam the needles LOL.
  4. OK, how much did you have to slip the guy then?
  5. Eh, what, who said that??
  6. Er, the glass rubbers I'm assuming.
  7. What are the specs of the resistors?
  8. They sell an electronic flasher unit that replaces the normal one. Don't know if it works in a Zed though. http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=44&products_id=978&osCsid=eb830253469906799f12f6eb2568b334
  9. Yeh, I used to use black shoe polish on my old car trims many moons ago. Smells nice too :/ Use a good brand though as it's got more of the black stuff in it! The modern so-called 'back to black' products are usually CLEAR liquids FFS! They just make stuff shiney LOL.
  10. Doesn't the electronic flasher unit work in the Zed?
  11. Renewed in September. Do I get a keyring? :D SO: Gruntpa 64 White zed Stella z T-pot Chris@Getgreddy Apache Steve Paulbrem Scubie Graham S
  12. I know I'm probably the only person that doesn't want a 42" screen! (Well, not until HDTV is here and worth having at the inevitable price.) I hate watching blocky digital TV on a 32" let alone anything bigger! Digital TV is nothing more than painting-by-numbers. It's superficially colourfull and is free from the old 'snowy' problems, but it has absolutely no detail. Sorry, rant over. Nice toys though Mike. :D
  13. Si, did you manage to try these handles out?
  14. You obviously have too much money to spend mate. As I'm feeling generous I'm offering to allow you to spend as much as you like on my car too! Wouldn't like to see you upset by having too much cash left over after you finish your's. :D
  15. It's a series 3 dash. Similar to my series 4 dash, and no they don't fit without quite a bit of fiddling!!
  16. There has to be an exception to every rule! ;)
  17. Very well put Chris. You make an excellent point. The only downside I can see is that if the people who know the inards of these chips are still making money from that info then thay are still unlikely to want to share that knowledge with the rest of the community, even if they did aquire it from someone else's chip in the first place.
  18. Saw Rag Top Rob's nice convertible there but unfortunately I don't know what he looks like so couldn't introduce meself  Not helped by me being in the Cav. as the Green Meanie is wrapped up all nice and snuggly-wuggly in the garage at the mo too.:D
  19. Fook me, they're only up the road in Skem! Anybody tried their brake discs?
  20. A combi boiler should have a guage showing the water pressure in the system. If the sytem water level/pressure is too low the boiler is prevented from firing up. The water needs topping up. Usually there is a tap/valve with a loop of pipe that lets mains water in to the heating system. Might be your problem.
  21. Er, 0.4 to 0.5 volts according to my info. measured between pins A & B.
  22. Holy fook, that was a scarey one! Cool rescue car though  (Screensport, that takes me back)
  23. But they're all NA's!!! hehehehehe
