Yeah I got a set from Dan The difference is amazing I can see while driving at night :shock: Duff put my ballasts behind the lights, ask him as he knows more about it than I do Best bit of kit I've bought apart from clutch and wiring loom (far too practical I am.. not really into bling)

I've just posted a really lovely post in the subscribed members section, I've now been dunked out as a registered user.. I don't ever remember ever being one, as I've been here 5 years and always paid my subs So why is there no warning system to tell you when your subs are due? I've got no dosh to the end of the month, so in Registered user hell :rant: I'm gutted :cry: This week has been a right bloody pain, as spent most of it on buses ....as my zed had a puncture/flat I need a hug:(

I manage, not sure how I just work my ass off and use my bonus for any zed maintenance I don't spend that much on petrol and I use it everyday I'm sad at the mo, as I think I have a puncture so left my zed at work and I had to get the bus home last night and this morning :cry: So think I have a new stock wheel coming today.... Pete? Stuart? Having ANY car, will give you probs, every now and then I wouldn't have bought it if I was worried about fuel consumption You HAVE to look after these cars... regular maintenance and replace outworn 15 year old parts that's why I get Duff to do it for me :D .... simple

Well informed.... also as Duff says the best diet,will do wonders which also meaning cutting down on sugar!!!! which helps candida multiply... (not good)then you got problems then :( Our modern diet has a lot to do with not having as much good bacteria as we need If I have to take antibiotics, I use these to repopulate my gut, by a company called Biocare( I get a trade discount so If you want some, give me a shout)
