Thanks for the info guys, wasn't expecting that many replies tbh after other threads i'd started on here and only one sarcastic response :p Have only just checked back after posting this and my zed has brakes again thank god, now needs steering rack and pump though. First things its 'needed' since I bought it and can't complain about spending money, it is an old car.

Did they make a 300zx TT without ABS?? Have been told by nissan that nabco branded seal kits are for ABS models and the tokico brand is for none ABS models. (seal kits for brake master cylinders) Really confused thought all zed's would have had ABS as standard Have been trying to find and buy a brake master cylinder (none genuine), local motor factors came up with 2 options as the bore size differs, so ordered both and neither is right. The ports are on the opposite side to the cylinder we've taken off the car and the third port on the cylinder we have taken off the car protrudes from the unit but seems to have no use as it is blanked off.....

Got the car a couple of months ago and the 2 rear tyres were fine This last week have noticed N/S rear tyre was slick-like and the O/S rear was getting close. Am taking the car to have all 4 wheels aligned this week, just thought i'd ask if anyone has any other ideas what could be causing it in addition to the above points??? Thanks

Mines a boy!! It depends what side the petrol flap is on imo, Z's are boys cause its on the passenger side, girl cars have their petrol flap on the drivers side........lmao

Am new to the site and am looking to buy a Z Turbo. I have noticed in the for sale section that a lot of the adverts mention PCV valves, PTU and hicas arms. Sorry to be really dumb :rolleyes: but what does PCV and PTU mean? And what are the HICAS arms? Thanks
