450Hp-dual intake needed?
It actually can support more than 500.. Tried it in a dyno here with wideband, and also checked it with an S-AFC2..... Some say it can support 600hp, but thats not a god idea...

450Hp-dual intake needed?
Hi! You dont need it before past 550hp... If you got the chip or engine management for it, it woks great with dual intake. Remember to put on the balance tube between the two intakes ;)

exhaust popping when cold
It could be one or more coils with bad connection to the plug :hurl:

exhaust popping when cold
Chech the injector and the coil connectors. I had a similar problem with mine, and the problem was bad injector connectors. Change them if you havent done it. If not I will guess on an injector not working properly... Or a broken coil. Im most certain that the problem is one of the mentioned :hyper:

HKS SSQV on high boost
The turbos and engine is built for that boost.. :hyper: I have the SSQVs now on my 420RWHP engine, and they work well on 1,3 bar. My main issue is, will they work on a higher boost.....? Not much worth spending lots of cash on other parts, when the bovs can cause trouble.....
