Cornhill Insurance is the worst...you spend ages going through the automated system and when you finally get to speak to a person, it's someone in India who can barely speak a word of english. 9 times out of ten they can't answer your query anyway, so they have to place you on hold while they ring through to their supervisor in England to get the answer!?!

Hello all. I’m having problems with my Ipod and I was wondering whether there are any PC wizards out there that might be able to shed some light on the matter. It was fine up until 2 weeks ago when I connected the USB to the PC to charge the ipod…and nothing happened. Everytime I try to connect the two I get an error message saying the device is unrecognised (Or something to that effect). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ipod software (Twice) but it still didn’t fix the problem. The PC just doesn’t seem to recognise the ipod when its been connected. I don’t think the USB cable has been damaged as it looks fine and I only bought the Ipod a few months back. Any suggestions? :confused:
