was woken up this morning to find our dog , keisha was giving birth to the pups , which was a bit of a shock as we had thought she had another few weeks to go mother and babies doing well there a seven all together all pure white dunno what the sexes are just yet as we are leaving her alone for now to recover as she is quite tired and has got weird goo all over her and smells a bit too the dad has been mooning about trying to get to her but were keeping them apart too as she might go for him cos he's a bit soft in the head and doesnt really understand whats going on at the best of times anyway i'll post up some more pics of the pups as they develop and destroy our house the pics below are them at about 6 hours old

done this before last year and lost 4 stone went down to 17 stone then stopped and put it back on again this time ive been on the atkins since last november ( exept crimbo ....too much nice stuff to eat at christmas ) and its a wicked diet but watch your cholesterol level and take extra vitamins and have some laxatives to hand as i couldnt poo for 5 days lost 2 stone and went from a 4xl to a xxl and my energy levels have gone through the roof..........shame that the atkins diet only seems to have bad press........good luck matey keep it up

just bought an ecu to see if it would sort out my running on issue but when i connected it up the car started fine but when i revved it up it hit 3000 rpm and started to misfire when i looked on the new ecu its got a " 23 " number on it and my old one has a " 20 " is the new ecu from a tt zed or is it just fooked any help appreciated
