thanx for the replies guys and dont worry you aint getting rid of me lol your all like a 2nd family ( mr duff being the dodgy cousin ) and ive made some real friends and like i said i might have another zed in the pipeline so the only difference being is that i dont have a zed at the moment but im sure i dont need a zed to be a member so ill still do the meets cos i still love the cars anyway heres what ive got now ( sorry sarah ) shes a 1994 scooby sti No 144 of 200 fully rollcaged with hks and samco goodies , ally sump pan , turbo timer , b.o.v , fulll stainless exhaust and defi gauges taxed till next month tested till november dyno,d at 345 bhp......mine for my zed and 400 quid will post a decent pic when it light and not raining im off now for a little weep SEEYALL REAL SOON LOL

finally made up my mind and the zed has gone i didnt have the time or the cash to get it sorted and the decision really was made when i took it out for a drive and the engine was making a wierd noise so i returned home to find most of the engine oil was on the garage floor , i was advised by my mechanic brother in law it needed a new engine so i traded it in as soon as i could i was really heartbroken to see it go but the place that took it in is going to fix it ( so he says ) im sure theres a moral somewhere about spending your money on the mechanics rather than what the car looks like but im damned if i can find it lol anyway im still gonna be around as ive got my eye on a non runner tt so maybe a little project car could be winging my way soon also keep your eyes peeled on the for sale section as ive got a garage full of zed bits which i will be needing to get rid of

place looks good dude not sure about the jailhouse door does that lead to saz's dungeon

my level of pissedoffness is unmeasureable but its been a bad week personally so that will have contributed to it

ive had one mate cracking cars but unless its specced up your just sat in a sierra they need frequent oil changes too and mine went through tyres like there was no tommorow

well its decision time i guess since fitting the kit to the car ive realised what a mistake ive made , not in the style of the kit , its just that wherever i go i seem to catch the front bumper everytime i go in/out of the garage it scrapes when i go to the end of the drive it scrapes and if i go round a corner at speed , guess what , it scrapes on top of all that the engine is piddling oil out of it at an alarming rate the front wobbles under braking and wobbles when im at 45 mph the center propshaft bearing has gone which causes vibration through the car ( not totally unpleasant feeling ) the brakes are grinding the rear valance needs painting again the interior needs redoing again its nearly mot time 2 tyres need replacing .....the list goes on and on now ive been offered a skyline r33 gtst on an m reg the guy says he wants 600 quid too the skyline is near mint but im undecided as to what my next move is dont get me wrong i love the zed but im getting increasingly frustrated with it going wrong and wonder if its time for a change should i spend the cash on the zed or go for the skyline , good thing is with the skyline its easily swapped for a zed at a later date advise guys what would you do ,,, i know its my decision at the end of the day but im still not sure

just wondered if you could have been born somewhere else and in a different time where do ya reckon you would have liked to be i have to admit ive always wanted to have lived in the 50s/60s america when the muscle car and hot rod era started probably detroit or somewhere like that over to you

genuine mate quite flimsy the sideskirts kept cracking the paint but with 2 people it wasnt so bad the fitment on the front was really good just needs a small ammount of tweaking but thats cos my wing was bent slightly thought you were in manchester sorry

dont do it mate i saw it in the flesh and its awesome
