youve either got perished fuel lines mate or your temp sensor has gone and your overfueling the engine

Ive already tried the first 4 coils and it makes no difference changing them around etc no spark dont worry slick pete I know exactly what Im doing it just doesnt help the main sympton I have is the car has only failed to start since I pushed the plug on properly on the PTU and cleaned it I now have a second ptu but no difference so the only thing left now is some wiring some where has broke but on first inspection the wiring looks perfect. or I have a second duff ptu. it also doesnt help the ecu is returning code 55 at least before it had 3 fault codes itll be broke for spared unless the laptop check brings up something funny my first Z was the most reliable car zive ever owned

this country makes me laugh we all want blood when things like this happen, so why do we keep voting a government who fanny around, and give stupid sentences or the like

In all fairness everyone I just want to get my car fixed Ive payed two insurance premiums so far of £400 and drove around the block a few times, when it worked. Jeff whether you like him or not has borrowed me some stuff to see if I can fix it. the bits hes borrowed me the ecu is now happy theres no fault codes but the damn thing has no spark.

yes mate it appears to be one of those that wont even let you turn the ign on if it wasnt working ? but when you press the button ign comes on and you can turn the car over?

thanks for advice ill try another ptu everything else seems fine shall do other sensor test tomorrow

ok the only thing Iv ever messed with is the ptu why would the CAS have anything to do with it ? the car deff tries to fire whether its only on all cylinders as some plugs were dry when I took them out but some were wet

ok Ive got no spark but a code 55

hi I have now got a code 55 but the damn thing wont start it tries but wont gonna check the plugs when I checked one yesterday it was soaked tried the F pump fuse out thing no difference

put it away now mate shall try anything in the morning ta chris

meant did one before I replaced ptu not ecu

hi mate I know I already did one before I replaced ecu had code 21 ign fault temp sensor and det sensor havent redone on eyet though since fitted new stuff as Ive ran out of day light ta chris

Hi had my Z a month and would like to use it :duffer: car was running perfect then it ran a bit rough so cleaned the PTU ever since I cleaned it - it has failed to start at all. I have today got a PTU and a new temp sensor and the damn thing wont start at all still, it really tries to but wont quite any ideas every plug on the engine looks connected and I havent messed with anything apart form the old PTU cant understand why afterwards it wouldnt start at all wiggled things etc still no luck ta chris

ok did diagnostics this morning I cleaned my PTU and temp sensor as I would on anything else with WD etc and now the damn thing wont start just pops and bangs codes 34 13 21 PTU temp sensor and Det sensor so where od I start now thanks chris
