Please help! Going down the M4 last saturday the HICAS / battery / Lights and ANTI ROLL warning lights all came on at the same time and the Steering went Incredibly stiff. As I had only just got on the motorway I turned around at the next available junction and took it home. just as I got to my street the tempreture guage started to rise gradually so I parked it up straight away. I check the water level to make sure there was no leak the following day and that appeared fine. I booked it in to my local garage thinking it was something as simple as a power steering problem, something which they could have got sorted without any problems. After a quick examination this morning they have informed me that the crank pulley is loose and belt flapping about. he then informed me that there could be internal damage to the engine. Thing is I had the cambelt replaced about 2000 miles ago, could this have anything to do with problem? I'm mighty pi$$ed off as I have spent over £2000 in the last few months and have only owned the car for 5 months! What sort of damage could I be looking at with this problem? I've been having the same problem from a next door neighbour, just because I park my car outside his house sometimes as there is nowhere else to park. He believes that he can park over his own drive way and block me in putting his works van an inch behind my car. A few choice words and me pointing out that he needs his van for work and wouldnt it be a shame if something happened to it (not needing my cars as I get a lift to work) seems to have worked and he now leaves me plenty of room. Can't beat the power of speech :)

Firstly a Red standard Zed in the middle of Chipping Sodbury at 18.00 on the 6th doing a U-turn around one of their many roundabouts ( couldn't tell you exactly where I was just passing through on the way to the old severn bridge ) seemed to be lacking an indicator stalk :nono: Secondly a Black Zed, didn't get a good look at this one as I was travelling at speed in the opposite direction, looked to be on his way into Chipping Sodbury! Its surprising how often this happens. Many a time I venture back to my car and find some fool has parked so close that we are trying to exchange paintwork. Not so easy to clamber through from the passenger side when your 6ft6!! neadless to say some form of note is left :xxx:

So real bodybuilders don't take drugs, they go for the Natural body building world championships and the get buff quick guys and gals opt for the other one. :) I did body building for a time and the temptation is always there to take drugs, a little hard work is all you need and a little of Roy Castle's "dedication" :)

As far as I remember there are two world championships, one for bodybuilding and one for natural body building? I could be wrong mind you.
