  5. Whatever you do dont get a cream instrument binnacle cover. I remember when Spinksy had his. Whenever he drove it day or night he had to have a cover on it all the time as the reflection in the screen meant he couldn't see a thing. Ivan
  6. It's a brand new one. You can turn it but it takes 2 fingers.
  7. Hi guy's and gals. Got a question. My bro' in law has just bought a new turbo for his Mitsi Shogun But the blades are very difficult to turn. Do we need to loosen the nuts off? Is it not very good? Is it just tight because it's not a roller bearing one? Help please guy's. Ivan
  8. Haha mr 1990 UK car has pilar mount belts when it says that was a 1991 addition and also has the iron calpiers all round which is a 1992 thing. I'd say it's either a Jap spec list or like quavey says a USDM list. Ivan
  9. The only other thing to do is go and drive it. Have a look at the interior and engine. Ask the seller whats been done for "450bhp". Ask to see time timing slips for the 0-60 time. Bet it's a standard car with a different front bumper resprayed in blue. It's even still got the standard brakes and wheels. Ivan
  10. Someone in the past had taken my zed through a carwash and the rear wheel scrubber thingy didn't line up with the wheel. It has a round scrape mark on the side that could have only been caused by this. Ivan
  11. The thing that annoy's me the most is frozen washer jets. My drive to work is 26 miles and it's a nightmare when I can't see out! Ivan
  12. He's had quite a few BMW's and Volvo's. He still has the slicktop and 'liner but neither has engines. Ivan
  13. Bold one they will look awesome on the old girl. Get them on and get some pics mate. Would love to see them at a meet in the future sometime. Ivan
  14. Mine's been tucked up in my parents garage for 18 months lol. Ivan
  15. I thought about just fitting it to the underside of the area of the bumper where the plate fits now on 2 hinges so when going at speed the wind presses it up and when you stop for the cops it's down! Also you could have a magnetic latch to latch it up for shows. Ivan
  16. Seen an RB25 in a Zed in this country.... can't be anymore difficult to put a 26 in. Ivan
  17. I had this on mine. Bulb seemed ok but swapped it anyway. Worked a treat! Ivan
  18. Any button other than eco or off on the heater controls engages the aircon compressor. Aircon is the quickest way to clear front screens that aren't heated anyway. Ivan
  19. I think on that particular car they are electrically operated.
  20. What about DeLorean style doors? lol Ivan
  21. Dude on 200's you can buy a braided water pipe kit for the turbo so I guess that's a TES then lol. Ivan
  22. Hmmm. Trouble is it's crimped onto the board and I don't want to be getting it off and knackering the board. Does anyone know anyone who's an instrument mechanic or a TV repair man or something that could perform this job for me? Ivan
  23. You could probably buy an M3 with the amount of money that cost to do. Ivan
