  1. I think the shift in the zed is short enough already. Well in mine it is anyway...
  2. My standard ones are good but after half a lap of a track they are not so good Ivan
  3. Yeah I'm fine Steve mate. I still have the zed although it's not been on the road for about 3 years since I moved out into my own place. Not been to a meet for about the same amount of time. Need to see if the old girl will go through an MOT then I might be able to have her back on the road....
  4. cruket steve it looks a bit different to when you had it mate. Was it auto when you had it?
  5. Didn't think you could take passengers up the strip?
  6. I used to work at a TVR dealer and I've driven many but even the stock Tuscan with it's 360bhp 4.0 straight 6 would beat my zed running 14psi. I remember getting a Tuscan S upto 185mph at brunters and I didn't even enter the straight that quickly!
  7. What do you guys mean by doing the centre channel? Hiding some of the wires?
  8. Car mad I've been here for years! Just because I don't post often or come on here much dont mean my love for my or all zed's is dead mate lol! So need to get her back on the road...
  9. Ahhh steve! Glad to see you're looking to get back in a zed!
  10. I had this happen on my zed. A loud rattling noise followed by a louder bang and a massive cloud of smoke. Whilst I was waiting recovery I walked down the road and found half a big end cap that was still warm. Found a nice hole in the side of the sump.
  11. In the 7 years I ran mine it cost around 20k and it was still pretty well standard
  12. The missus saw a grey 300 on a drive way in chello today. Ivan
