Sounds like you may need to drain / flush the fuel tank too. Easy job though

TT VS. N/A steering rack
All Z's have the controlled power steering. In fact just about any modern car you name has some form of power steering control otherwise they are VERY twitchy at high speed e.g. first edition front wheel drive Mitsubish Sigma (don't know what they call them over there)
-
TT VS. N/A steering rack
The valve is to control the amount of power steering. More at lower speed, less at higher speed. If you do manage to bypass it and have a normal low speed power steering, you'll fall off the road at high speed. Connect it back to the controller. Find the wires.

TT VS. N/A steering rack
Put the NA rack back in? Is there a difference?

TT VS. N/A steering rack
The lower the voltage to the solenoid the heavier the steering. Connect it back up to the power steering controller

Erratic idle after Doolz install
If you are running the Nissan ECU, it will be trying to sort the idle mix out and when it runs out of control range, it resets itself to start the relearn process. This is when it goes rich then starts to lean out again. Had exactly the same problem. Perhaps try this to see if it sorts the idle then go from there.

Erratic idle after Doolz install
Bit much for a Doolz set up. Think from memory you need a 70% increase not 100%

Help again please,
Try setting your TPS to a slightly higher voltage, say 0.55V and see is it makes a difference

Where to start?
If you have a series 1 PTU, it could be that. Many "when it gets warm problem" caused by those
-
bench testing shocks and springs
A shock will only extend by itself if it's is pressurised. The reason for pressurisation is to reduce the formation of gas bubbles. It is not intended to lift the vehicle in any way. Not all shocks are pressurised either.

Buzzing noise at rear of engine
Only if it's starting to get sticky :)

Alloy wheel refurbishment
I got told off for powder coating mags as the heat involved weakens them slightly. In saying that, I haven't had a problem yet.

Power Steering cooler - do you need it?
My Jap car has one. Only a very simple U bend bit of pipe but it's there. What is fitted to the UK models?
