  1. Nos - I bet that shifts, what is it?
  2. The chain snapped yesterday - bugger
  3. Some pics of my new crotch rocket, bought it last week for $500 US with only delivery mileage (29 Km) imported from Iran so I had to check it out for grenades and RPG`s in the fuel tank first lol. what a mean machine - 110cc of throbbing 4 stroke power I have put it on a severe weight loss programme its just a shame about the fat ******* sat on the back The next mod on the cards is to open the exhaust up and rip all the baffles out :p however that may cause problems when the fun police finally catch up with me :slap: :nono:
  4. I know what you mean Si, when I`m overseas I leave mine at my parents house but its a bit too big for the garage so whenever my oldman needs to do some work he reverses the car out onto the drive. He`s told me a couple of times that the Mr Big in Lairg(who owns the hotel and nearly all the shops) is always driving past the house craining his neck trying to get a better look at it and when you bear in mind that he owns a ferarri 360, 2 porsche 911`s, a bentley continental and a big merc you know you have a good looking motor.
  5. What a clown, he needs to learn that just because you CAN do something, it dosen`t necessarily mean you should.
  6. Apparently this scam came out last Xmas and has since been closed down. http://www.hoax-slayer.com/pds-phone-scam.html
  7. I`m not an expert never having been out of work but dont you need to "sign on" in order to get your National Insurance "stamp" paid??????????
  8. Personally I would be asking him how he knew that. The only place he should have been driving it is from the car park and up onto the ramp! I cant think of any reason why he should have had it out for a road test after a simple service.
  9. I did that as well years ago just after the border restrictions had been lifted. I was late for my ferry at Zeebrugge and went thru the checkpoint at 120+ in my pug 205, earned myself a very severe talking too lol. Still made the ferry though........Celle to Zeebrugge - 423 miles in 4 hours 30 mins at an average of over 90 including the talking too :p
  10. 2983 Kg  fook me thats some heavy light bulbs you`ll be using, isnt that nearly double the normal weight.
  11. iirc the passband on a normal telephone system is 0.3-to 3.4KHz (and i can't see why a mobile would be any different) as this is where the majority of "information" is in human speech. Therefore I would think it highly unlikely that a ultrasonic key fob would work as a human would have to be able to "hear it" in order for it to be transmitted over the phone.
  12. I`ve used AVG for about 2 years now and found it to be very good - never had any problems with it tbh
  13. I voted other for my Lancia Prisma 1600ie, awesome car in the corners(even with different sized wheels and tyres lol) but the head gaskets were made out of chocolate. My Citroen Xantia td was a pig also
  14. I prefer Highland Park personally (very smooth) and complements a nice cigar perfectly.
  15. Have a good un, Souter is quite a cushy number and say hi to the Paradigm lads for me
  16. At the moment mostly Pink Floyd - Wish you were here Goldie lookin chain - Safe as **** Rolling Stones - 40 Licks Nirvana - Nirvana
  17. So thats why it takes so long to get through, all the operators are surfing the web :slap: :p
  18. A small hippo( compared to some) but still - Holy Shit!! thats a big fookin snake
  19. I cant stand those things, thats one of the reasons why I changed to a Premier Account (Lloyds), I have my account managers personal mobile number for mega important stuff, and for the more mundane things I have a number which goes to a team (of humans) who are there purely to deal with inquiries with my type of account, they usually pick-up after the first ring - its fookin ace!!!!!!!!!!
  20. That has to be one of the most cringeworthy things I have ever seen  . And what was with the pelvic thrusting :hurl: at his age he should be ashamed :nono: , he was lucky he didnt put his hip out. He should just retire somewhere quiet and continue drinking himself to death.
  21. try http://www.petrolprices.com for cheap fuel in your area
  22. There is quite a good article on it here which explains it a bit more technically.
