  2. according to one of the comments its hoobastank
  3. cool - getting over 50 tonnes of MBT sideways
  4. Why do the people that drive them think they can out grunt a zed though, Ive lost count of the number of times Ive had to put them in their place.
  5. gotta agree on the punctuality thing, its just plain bad manners to be late for an appointment - mine probably stems from being in the mob.......always being on parade 5 mins early and all that
  6. You think thats bad. Ive been counting my age for as long as i can remember. I count it out on my fingers or using my tongue to count my teeth 37 times or sometimes i just count up to 37 (or whatever my age is at the time lol) in my head, however I am aware of how weird it would look so I do it silently or if im doing it on my fingers i hold my hand behind my back, come February I will be up to 38 ffs
  7. drain and refill with quality fresh(ie from an unopened bottle) dot4 brake fluid first, it probably hasnt been changed in a gazillion years, change the pads as suggested earlier and check the calipers for seized pistons
  8. Is anyone using the AEM Serial Datastream Gauge with their AEM EMS system? Worth the money? or a bit gimmicky?
  9. well the old saying goes.............no news is good news........therefore by a process of deduction all news is bad news
  10. that is nice and the Autech ones have the rb26dett as well :nana2:
  11. Nissan Stagea - never heard of them but its a funky looking thing isnt it http://www.gtrclub.org/images/stagea-autech.jpg
  12. or a smaller list
  13. what a fantastic reg no
  14. lol i remember the de tomaso trump card as well, same calipers as me too
  15. a fortune lol getting most of it from Z1 here (clicky linky) makes sense with the strength of the £££ i think as for power I`d be happy with 400-450...............for starters ;) then we will see what happens after that, might go for a bit of head work etc when the time comes
  16. This is the spec that Im going for GT675RS turbos MSP manifolds 5 bolt downpipes 2.5" test pipes doolz dual intake 88mm forged pistons and rods 740cc injectors that lot is already on order also thinking about unorthodox pulley set lightened flywheel & clutch lightweight 1 piece propshaft kyb adjustable shocks with eibach springs - am after firmer suspension without too badly compromising everyday driving or lowering too much AEM EMS (quite expensive though) is it worth it anyone? the brakes are already sorted along with greddy smic`s and koyo rad
  17. Im sure i have read on Here somewhere to try and avoid fitting baileys DV`s to zeds cant remeber exactly why...............could try searching
  18. just anti-clockwise 4 me
  19. only 1? there was 4 of us last time i was there http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=31162 thats just about the entire scottish contingent though
  20. the spec list for that sort of power is huge, check out _cj_ or machine to see the sort of kit that is required to get there
  21. congrats on passing tbh i would avoid any full on sports bike for at least a year its getting to the wrong time of year for them anyway and the R6 in particular is known as a fast steering bike ie its twitchy. you will struggle to get sports tyres up to temp also and that will add to the feeling of twitchyness get yourself a half decent winter hack and get some miles under your belt before the weather gets too bad then if you arew feeling confident keep going thru the bad weather and build up some wet weather confidence. you havent lived till youve dropped your bike a couple of times  and you will...............trust me - it would be a shame to wreck a good bike while you are still learning the difference between a R6 and the CB500 (or whatever) that you learned on will be vast and you could end up ruining your confidence before you start
  22. The choice availiable is huge and prices can vary quite considerably as well. First you need to decide what other if any supporting mods you are prepared to shell out for as well and then go from there. Ive decided to go the whole hog - forged pistons/rods, MSP manifolds, greddy smics, koyo rad, 740cc injectors, 5 bolt down pipes and GT675RS turbos from Z1 etc etc. But there are plenty of bolt-on stock replacement turbos out there as well if you arent looking to spend too much of your hard earned
