Hi, thanks for your reply. The cars orange wire is not connected to anything at the moment, and is now insulated. Is there a specific fuse that operates these non working lights? I have checked the main fuse box in the engine bay, and all are OK.

O' sorry. Yes, it's connected to ignition live RED, and permanent live feed for stereo memory YELLOW.

Yep. Ignition is fine, drives perfectly.

Help please... I have wired in a new DVD Headunit, and seperate motorised screen today. The wiring was straight forward, but had to hardwire it. This new unit does not have an orange wire, which I believe is the 'Illumination' wire on most units, as with the unit I removed, but may be wrong :confused: as the wire had 'ILL' written on its tag :confused: So all is wired up, but the orange wire has no where to go, so left it unconnected. The player and screen work perfectly. Everything appeared OK, until I turned my lights on tonight. I now have no side lights, rear lights, or instrument lights (speedo cluster).. Main beam/ high beam are OK. I tried connecting the orange wire to a live feed... when I do, my side lights and instrument lights come on, without actually switching the lights on.. Nothing happens when I connect the orange to earth. Fuses appear OK in the fusebox. I am totally confused :headvswal Obviously this orange wire needs connecting to something, but I can't for the life of me figure out what :headvswal HELP PLEASE ANYONE IN THE KNOW :bow: Many thanks.. CheerZ, I know they aren't to everyones taste, and to be honest I wouldn't have bothered, but I have seen a Zed with them on, and I thought they did look quite good, the short stumpy one's that is... Don't think they were the Halford one's though.

Hi all, I want to fit a set of DTM Style door mirrors on my Zed. I enquired about the one's supplied by Halfords, but they don't do the backing plate for the 300 :confused: Does anyone know of a supply source for these mirrors for the Zed? I have seen Zed's with them fitted. Many thanks. GUMBALL :D

Does anyone know of a good supplier of after-market handbrake handles that will actually fit a Z32? I have bought a couple recently, and they aren't a wide enough diameter fitment, after going to the trouble of cutting my handle off :headvswal Thanks, GUMBALL :confused:
