Goodridge Braided Brake Hoses
Hi guys.. I've had these Goodridge braided brake hoses delivered, and apparently, they have the wrong ends on them  .. Apparently they should have the female collar on each end, rather than just the one end.. For fitting to the front brakes. Can anyone 'in the know' confirm this?.. If it is going directly into the caliper, does it need the collar? 1990 UK TT MANUAL. Sorry for poor quality pictures.. Thanks!!

madmarco had a bad day
Sorry to hear about this Marco, these cars do swap ends in no time.. If you need running round locally to collect any parts for the repair, give me a shout.. I have an old LWB Pajero for the winter months, so handy for picking up those larger bits. All the best.

It's a sad day, but I've made up my mind...
If I was into my zed for £50K Stu, and couldn't find where it was being kept, or able to contact the mechanic to whom it was entrusted to, I would be phoning the police, and reporting it stolen i'm afraid. Hope you get this sorted.. All the best.

which ones??
M12X1.25 I've recently bought a set of these from Driftworks.. No longer requiring a socket to be fitted over the nuts.. Perfect!! http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/products/high-strength-internal-drive-slimline-wheel-nuts.html

Removal of front hub to fit extended studs ?
I found that there is a small curved cut-out on the top of the front hub that you have to line each stud up with, before hammering out, enabling you to completely remove the stud, otherwise there is insufficient room to remove the stud, and it only partially comes out. Mine is a UK TT. HTH

UNEXPECTED PURCHASE TODAY .. lol
I went into our local tyre fitters this evening to have a couple of tyres swapped round, and there was a Sinclair C5 parked outside.. Turns out it's one of the fella's working at the fitters, and to cut a long story short of negotiating, and renegotiating, umming and arrghing, I bought it.. So went home with my tyres, and a C5, and about £200 less in my wallet.. Doh!! :slap: My lad is riding it around the kitchen now.. He can't believe anything this good was around in the 1980's.. The video in this ebay link is good.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SINCLAIR-C5-BRAND-NEW-NOS-MINT-BOXED-STILL-SEALED-WOW_W0QQitemZ140185276892QQihZ004QQcategoryZ4150QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
