Toad alarms have to be reset sometimes after the power supply has been disconnected for some time.. You have to enter the 4 digit P.I.N This is supplied on a small credit card sized piece of card when the alarm is installed.. The instruction booklet, which also should have been supplied at fitment, gives you a guide on how to enter this code. HTH
