Coil overs you mean? If that is what you mean, they just expensive(but well worth it) lowering shocks and springs, but they're fully adjustable in a million and one ways or your perfect setup! Choose an exact ride hide, damper level, etc! On the other hand, if you decide to go with the other option, you will need aftermarket springs if you want to lower the car, you have to specify how much you wanna lower her by!
