Went to show and shine at MFN on Sunday.Got 3rd place Trophy & £15 cash.Better than a poke in the eye as there were some well nice cars in the arena.

Say a pint is £2.50p at 5p a pint in the day =45 pints for two pounds and ten shillings FFS.

I can still remember petrol at three shillings and six pence a gallon and beer at a shilling (5p) a pint :D

If you hav'nt got the special plug socket with the plug retaining rubber inside.Just wrap a piece of tape around the plug nut end and socket,not too much just enough to hold it as you will have to pull the socket out with the tape still on it.Oh and be carefull you dont loose the o rings under balance bar.

Do you still need the gearbox Bud as the guy has PM'd me.

Slip a piece of stainless tube over the bolt to bulk it out or make one out of a strip and just bend it round in a vice.

stick a small cable tie on it as it will probley pop off again.

No thats one cos no one else from our club went LOL.Good turn out all the same .Bit cold though.

Check the level in the expansion tank Vinnie,it should only be to the correct mark.Any more and it will just overflo when rad is hot.

I shall be going hopefully.
