My steel 60mm ones for me wide arch kit arrived from SE Nistek yesterday afternoon,they were in for chroming within the hour :dance: :dance: :dance: Nice bit of kit.Dont have any worries at all about fitting them on my Zed.

You dont need this bracket as your stock ones fit fine(FACT) If you take a look in my rides pics,referance engine bay.You can see I used my stock brackets for my new Howe Racing Rad,no problemo. :dance: :dance: :dance:

The stock hand brake lever is a square profile which you have to make round to fit the hole in the new handle.A lot of vice squeezing and grinding plus you have to take out the linkage for trigger mechanisim and make good with a bolt with a coach head other wise it will fowl up.The button release has to be modified also.A spare hand brake is a must have incase the worst happens.Like I said a pain to do :rolleyes:

Thanks Mujina,check out me ride pics(interior)Is that the kind of handbrake you mean.Now that was a pain to do :hyper: I think it was one off an MG which I altered to suit.

Koyo is defo not the way to go Young Man :slap: the rad cap neck is only a pressed out job and is prone to deforming(FACT) Where as the Howe is a proper engineered billet aluminium one turned seperatly then seam welded on.You might get the extra bling with the Koyo as its polished but you wont get the strength of the Howe.

ZCenter Gear knob? The prototype was developed by myself and Martyn(Nomad racing) As no one had ever done a Zed specific gear knob for our cars and I wanted something abit special,Martyn and I came up with this idea,around at his house one afternoon.My old stock knob was the basis for the thread size and overall chunkie feel,the Z logo was a pic off my car and Martyn and his engineer worked on the gate and three ringed grip design.When the first one was made I test drove it on my car for a couple of weeks to see how it stood up to being in use.It was found to be great in feel and weight and I was well chuffed with it.It then went into production for the world market.
