I would say its cos of the subframe bushes being gel filled or old and worn out. I read a lot about it on the yank sites and they say the Zed is prone to it, but you can get rid of most of it by fitting pineaples (collars) or poly bushes, go for the collars unless you want to take the subframe out.

Don't be fooled by the pigs ear, they are very agile for a 4 door barge and I would wager that it would put your average Zed in the shade. Don't put them in the samer class as the old Carltons or even the Omega (although I did in an earlier post) they stem from HSV (Holden Special Vehicles) a very capable and succesful branch of the company and would give any factory tunned German car a good run.

I'm on standard shocks and springs all round but its got poly bushs and 235/35/19s front and 265/30/19s back and it sticks like s5it to a blanket. The guy who tracked it knows his stuff as well :D

Well boys if and when Audrey goes I woud like to get a good motor for no money and not be stuck with it till last minute. I thought of an Omega cos they are cheap, a BMW or something like that but what do you think I could get for less than 500 notes and not be stuck with when the time comes to foxtrot oscar.

Thats not a Monaro, its a Commodore, or in English a smart and furkin fast Omega. I fell in love with them in Aus and came back and got the MV6 and loved it to bits.
