first off the bloody how much.... went to nelsons today in manchester for a price for some shox for a 92 jap tt

 

he quoted me 70 odd quid plus vat for the rears EACH....

 

Now heres the WTF, on the front he said the front nrside would be 80 odd quid plus vat, and then the off side front would be 90 odd quid plus vat,.... to be fair he diddnt understand it either

 

Surely this cant be right, he did all the right stuff ie he took my vin details and everything, but i just dont get it.

 

Jeff TT ... i remember u posted on here about jap rear shockers only costing around 40 quid plus vat, u could be my new best friend if u can still get them at that price.

Mine were around 70 squids each for the rears Steve but mine be UK mate.

 

Dunno about the fronts.

I payed £98 ea for UK rear dampers (Camden Nissan in MK) for MOT last year!

Seems to be a price differance here!

I paid that from GPS for a left one last year (and fitted it thanks to greyzed ) and then took it fo the follwoing month for konis lol.

but i think that price is pretty normal here at nissan in charsharlton beeches.
